CGH Medical Center seeks an Epic Applications Manager to coordinate and oversee Epic applications within an assigned area, including Beaker, Radiant, Cupid, Lumens, and OpTime/Anesthesia. The role requires clinical or healthcare experience and strong management skills to lead the application analyst team and ensure project success.

The position emphasizes collaboration with Epic staff and internal stakeholders, weekly team meetings, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Must have clinical or healthcare experience.
• Management experience strongly preferred.
• Position to become certified in at least one Epic application area within 3 months.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, communication, and oversight for Epic applications in assigned area.
• Guide workflow design, build, and testing of the Epic system and related issues.
• Serve as liaison between organizational needs and Epic staff to ensure systems meet business requirements.
• Maintain regular communication with Epic representatives and stakeholders.
