Job summary

ATD Technology, LLC is seeking a Sr. Epic Analyst for part-time engagement (20 hours per week) in San Diego, CA. The role focuses on Epic EHR systems, clinical operations, and system implementation participation.

The ideal candidate will have extensive Epic build experience, Cadence/Referrals module certifications, and a solid background in healthcare IT projects. This position supports multiple client programs within our staffing services.

Qualifications

• Minimum 9 years of related experience and training, or a Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of Epic build experience.
• Strong understanding of Epic EHR systems, database structures, and daily healthcare operations.
• In-depth knowledge of clinical application areas, system testing, QA, and user training.
• Preferred experience includes Epic build work and Cadence/Referrals module certifications.
• Prior experience as a major participant in a clinical system implementation.

Working Title: PACC Sr. Epic Analyst
Minimum Qualifications:

• Software Knowledge: Strong understanding of Epic EHR systems, database structures, and daily healthcare operations.
• Education & Experience: Nine (9) years of related experience and training, OR a Bachelor's degree in a related area plus five (5) years of related healthcare/Epic build experience
• Technical Knowledge: In-depth understanding of clinical application specialty areas, system testing, quality assurance, and user training
• Preferred Experience: Specific Epic build experience and module certifications (e.g., Cadence and/or Referrals).
• Prior experience acting as a major participant in a clinical system implementation
