The role emphasizes coaching, performance management, project leadership, and collaboration with clinical and IT leadership to optimize Epic workflows and ensure reliable system availability.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in related field or equivalent experience; Bachelor's preferred.
• At least two Epic certifications in relevant module.
• Minimum 10 years of Epic application experience with lead/supervisory duties.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills for staff development.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day supervision and technical leadership for the Epic Applications team.
• Oversee ticket queues, workloads, and production support for Epic apps.
• Coordinate Epic upgrades, testing, and implementations with stakeholders.
• Mentor staff, conduct performance conversations, and develop the team.
• Collaborate with IT, clinical, and operational leaders to optimize Epic workflows.
