• 5 years in an Analyst role supporting Epic's EHR.
• Epic Certification, Accreditation or Proficiency within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Leads discussions with operational leaders regarding Epic configuration options.
• Facilitates analysis between Epic analysts and training specialists on workflow issues.
• Leads collaboration between Analysts and Cogito team on reporting outcomes.
• Mentors Senior Analysts and provides guidance to improve mentorship.
• Performs in-depth analysis, troubleshooting, and root cause investigations.
• Coordinates system changes with governance for decision making.
• Maintains up‑to‑date expertise on Epic applications and workflow interdependencies.
