Job summary

CVS Health Corporation in the United States seeks an IT Development Senior Manager to lead Epic application development. You will coordinate teams, work with vendors, and drive delivery of healthcare IT projects focused on quality, safety and measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities include creating EHR use cases, translating requirements into technical specs, guiding documentation, test planning and execution, and ensuring workflows meet clinical needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of related experience.
• Two or more Epic Certifications: Ambulatory WITH Healthy Planet OR Healthy Planet with any of the listed modules.
• Bachelor's degree is required or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Create and fulfill EHR use cases, translate requirements to technical specifications.
• Lead documentation efforts for discovery and implementation.
• Ensure requirements and future state workflows are clearly defined.
• Work with Project Managers to identify tasks and estimates.
• Participate in analysis of current state processes and document data gaps.
