The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field, have about one year of experience with automated systems, and be able to travel as needed within the region.

Qualifikationen

• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Ability to translate user requirements into system specifications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with project management software and change management processes.

Aufgaben

• Develops and modifies procedures due to workflow changes related to Epic applications.
• Explains Epic application functions to users and assists with full application use.
• Performs requirements input, including flowcharts and preliminary reporting definitions.
• Participates in testing and user training; tracks progression and delays.
• Monitors post-implementation issues and communicates patterns to leadership.
• Maintains product documentation and change control records.
• Communicates project status and upgrades to clinic users.
• Maintains knowledge of clinical/laboratory and business operations for Epic apps and manages upgrades.
• Troubleshoots and resolves user problems related to assigned applications.
