Advocate Health in Winston-Salem, NC is seeking an Epic-focused IT Analyst to map, analyze, and improve clinical and business processes across Epic modules. You will translate user requirements into functional specifications and collaborate with users, vendors, and IT staff to ensure accurate designs and effective deployments.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Typically 3 years IT or clinical experience with process mapping, analysis, requirements, testing and documentation.
• Epic Ambulatory certification is preferred or obtainable within 6 months.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, map, measure, analyze and improve Epic clinical and business processes.
• Prepare documentation for business requirements using diagrams and data models.
• Translate user requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Perform system configuration to meet business requirements.
• Develop test plans, cases and scripts to validate performance; conduct testing.
• Provide client and support training and develop training materials.
• Monitor system functionality and institute changes as needed.
• Explain functioning of Epic applications to users and assist with full functionality.
• Develop and maintain product documentation and change control records.
• Communicate project status and upgrades to clinic users; manage multiple requests.
