Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in application support or analysis.
Epic certification testing must be completed within policy timeframe.

Responsibilities

Gathers, analyzes and evaluates user needs to drive system configuration.
Collaborates with technical and end user groups to meet clinical and business needs.
Prepares and executes test scripts for releases and user acceptance testing.
Documents test results, changes, and procedures per standards.
Provides triage and troubleshooting for complex applications and data quality monitoring.
Assists with implementation and support of third-party systems.
Ensures integration with cross-functional applications used by the organization.
Performs other duties as assigned.
