St. Elizabeth Healthcare seeks an Application Analyst for the Ambulatory team, focusing on Epic MyChart and patient-facing workflows. You will support digital patient experiences, define system scope, and document specifications for development and testing.

Responsibilities include primary user support, change control, and coordinating software updates with vendors. Mentoring teammates and developing internal procedures are also part of the role.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree required or four years of Epic certification/experience.
• Four years’ Epic experience preferred.
• Experience with Epic MyChart and patient-facing applications.

Mansioni

• Act as primary support contact for supported applications.
• Manage change control and coordinate software updates.
• Provide 24/7 coverage for system users and resolve issues.
• Analyze new functionality and coordinate with vendors for implementation.
• Mentor team members and develop internal procedures.
