Job summary

St. Elizabeth HealthCare in Crestview Hills, Kentucky, seeks a Senior Application Coordinator/Analyst for Epic MyChart and patient experience applications.

The role covers technical support, workflow optimization, and collaboration with ambulatory teams to improve digital patient interactions. You will analyze software releases, coordinate vendor updates, and mentor less-experienced analysts while ensuring timely ticket resolution and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Epic experience supporting an Epic or other applicable application.
• Strong communication and follow-up skills.
• Detail oriented with ability to troubleshoot and re-engineer processes.
• Bachelor's degree or four years of certification/experience waives degree requirement.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary support contact for Ambulatory applications including Epic MyChart.
• Manage change control procedures and coordinate software updates with users.
• Provide 24 hour coverage for system users and resolve issues promptly.
• Analyze new functionality in software releases and determine utilization for workflows.
• Develop and document internal procedures and assist with end-user training.
