Job summary

Salem Health is seeking an Epic Analyst II on the MAPS team at Salem Hospital in Salem, Oregon. You will partner with clinical, operational, and technical teams to analyze, design, implement, and optimize Epic applications that improve workflows, enhance the user experience, and support organizational goals.

You will leverage your Epic expertise to solve complex challenges, lead portions of projects, and serve as a trusted resource for colleagues while helping ensure the reliability, stability,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, or Health care, or equivalent experience.
EPIC Accreditation or Certification in MyChart.
Minimum one year of Epic Certification with current NVT.
Epic AMB certification required within six months of hire.
Minimum two years of Epic related experience.

Responsibilities

Analyze, design, build, test, implement, troubleshoot, and maintain Epic applications.
Collaborate with physicians, clinicians, operational leaders, vendors, and IT teams.
Investigate and resolve complex production issues beyond Tier I support.
Develop, document, and implement Epic configuration changes and change management.
Participate in projects and process-improvement initiatives as a SME.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, or Health care
