Qualifikationen

• Works with users and leadership to develop or modify procedures related to Epic clinical and business application use.
• Explains application functionality to users and assists with full application use.
• Prepares input for requirements definition including user procedures, flowcharts and reports.
• Assists in testing and tracking problem reports to support Epic applications.
• Performs impact analysis and prioritizes user requests with team members.
• Documents current workflows, specifications, user manuals, and procedures.
• Monitors post-implementation issues and communicates patterns to senior analysts.
• Maintains product documentation including requirements and installation instructions.
• Assists in communicating project status and upgrades to clinic users.
• Develops knowledge of clinical, laboratory, and business operations for supported Epic applications.
• Supports scheduling and managing application version upgrades.
• Participates in maintenance, enhancement, and interface of assigned applications.
