Job summary

University of Washington is seeking an Applications Analyst 2 for Epic Bugsy and Epic Orders. This 100% remote role requires a strong background in EHR systems and Epic certifications. You will analyze, troubleshoot, and coordinate with vendors while maintaining strong customer relationships and meeting SLAs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Epic Bugsy Certification is REQUIRED.
• Epic Orders Certification is REQUIRED.
• 2+ years’ experience with EHR systems application maintenance and support.
• Experience building relationships across groups to ensure quality service.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and troubleshoot application issues to meet SLAs with user groups.
• Maintain issue tracking with internal teams and vendors.
• Provide proactive status updates to management, customers and stakeholders.
• Meet with customers to analyze system requirements for continuous improvements.
• Develop strong relationships with constituents to understand objectives.
• Prioritize tasks with guidance from leads or project managers.
• Test scenarios and assist with test plans for usability and performance.
