Advocate Health is seeking a Pharmacy Applications IT Analyst to design and deliver solutions for complex business needs, bridging clinical services and IT. You will gather requirements, evaluate current processes, and coordinate with users and IT teams to implement new functionality within the EPIC ecosystem.

The role requires HIPAA-conscious collaboration, strong analytical skills, and experience handling multiple projects with minimal supervision.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent knowledge).
• 5 years IT or clinical environment experience in process mapping, requirements definition, testing and documentation.
• Proficient with EPIC and related applications, operating systems, and databases.

Mansioni

• Designs and develops solutions for moderate to complex business needs by gathering and reviewing information, evaluating existing systems, and coordinating new functionality with users and IT staff.
• Assists with conversion and operational support planning for multiple projects; may manage training.
• Identify impacts across Epic and third-party apps, propose solutions aligning with strategic direction.
