Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3+ years in Healthcare, IT, or finance/accounting roles.
• Vendor certification in the specified application within 6 months.
• Strong knowledge of policies, operations and cross‑department workflows.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and email apps; quick to learn.
• Strong project management skills; able to lead meetings and priorities.
• Team player who can work independently and in groups; detail oriented.
• Ability to adapt to change and meet deadlines with solid follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates functional knowledge of Epic, third‑party solutions, and Microsoft tools.
• Assesss workflow methods, identify gaps, and develop new workflows with customers.
• Designs, builds, and configures Epic modules; maintains process docs.
• Develops and maintains test scripts; conducts testing per dept requirements.
• Ensures application changes/upgrades function properly and are documented.
• Follows change control standards and provides training when applicable.
• Troubleshoots issues and proposes resolutions with minimal supervision.
• Participates in or leads cross‑functional projects; communicates status and milestones.
