Lake Charles Memorial Health System is seeking an Epic Application System Analyst II to provide moderate support and configuration of Epic and related applications. You will troubleshoot, design, and maintain systems, coordinating with vendors and IT teams to address issues and improve workflows.

Responsibilities include testing, documentation, and training end users, while ensuring data security and adherence to policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in a related field such as CS, IS, or business administration.
• Associate degree OR 3+ years Healthcare IT OR Epic Certified Analyst OR 5 years healthcare operations experience.

Responsabilités

• Provides moderate level support and configuration of Epic and/or third-party applications.
• Coordinates vendor engagement in implementation and troubleshooting efforts.
• Collaborates with IT teams to address issues, create documentation, and provide end-user training.
• Participates in solution testing and documents system descriptions meeting project requirements.
