Job summary

Golden Valley Health Centers is seeking an Epic Application Analyst I to support Epic design, build, testing and training across HIT systems. The role collaborates with IT, vendors and clinical staff to ensure successful deployments and ongoing support.

Based at the Atwater Administration site, the analyst will manage end-user communications, coordinate with Epic workgroups, and maintain security and privacy practices while driving project delivery and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong business analysis, requirements gathering, problem solving and root-cause analysis.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Experience with Epic implementation/support and IT service workflows.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary support contact for end-users of the assigned Epic application.
• Maintain knowledge of Epic configuration and serve as SME on functionality.
• Manage support requests via ITSM and track resolutions with urgency.
• Escalate and coordinate with Epic and internal IT teams as needed.
• Develop, implement and maintain policies and training for the app.
• Coordinate with Epic workgroups to define future needs and milestones.
• Provide on-site support during go-lives and clinic implementations.
