Responsibilities

Maintains routine system software and evaluates user enhancement requests.
Gathers specifications for purchase, development, and installation of system software with end users.
Assists in analyzing workflows and designs system components to support operations.
Tests system software per checklist and develops test scenarios.
Provides training and ensures documentation is current and accessible to customers.
On-call support for critical applications with travel for go-live events as needed.
Performs other duties as assigned.
