Job summary
MyMichigan Health is seeking an experienced Applications Analyst II to support, improve, and optimize clinical and business systems. You will document requirements, troubleshoot incidents, and implement enhancements to improve patient care and user experience.
The role requires Michigan residency or relocation and involves cross-team collaboration and on-call support. Applicants should have 2+ years in Healthcare IT, Epic certifications, and strong communication skills to translate workflows
Qualifications
- Epic Certification(s) or equivalent healthcare certification.
- 2+ years in Healthcare IT with clinical workflow experience.
- Strong analytical thinking to dissect complex problems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders.
- Ability to translate requirements into system designs and workflows.
- Experience with change management during upgrades and implementations.
Responsibilities
- Document requirements and workflows with business owners and users.
- Troubleshoot problems and incidents; recommend solutions.
- Plan, execute, and document evidence of application testing.
- Analyze potential enhancements from new releases for workflow fit.
- Optimize application use within workflows and provide cross training.
- Participate in projects including software updates and go-lives.
- Maintain system documentation and create knowledge articles.
