Job summary

Saint Francis Health System is seeking an Application Analyst to design, build, test, validate, and support Epic applications. The role collaborates with IT and clinical teams to support Epic workflows and maintain certifications.

Primarily a full-time day schedule with on-call after hours and weekend rotation. Location is Virtual Office (OK 73105); travel for Epic training may be required. Bachelor’s degree preferred; Epic certification required and ongoing development is expected.

• Epic certification and maintenance of certification in assigned module(s).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Obtain and maintain in-depth knowledge of functional workflows and software functionality used to support them.
• Collaborate across interdisciplinary teams to design and implement effective solutions.
• Provide tier-2 support and maintain up-to-date documentation.
• Identify opportunities for functional improvements and work with vendors and project teams.
