Job summary

Nordic Healthcare Group seeks a Senior Epic Applications Solutions Delivery Manager to oversee and coordinate the strategic vision across customer organizations. You will facilitate roadmaps, manage escalations, and strengthen client partnerships by delivering on priorities and improving clinical workflows.

In this role, you will work with operators, technical teams, and executives to align initiatives, optimize Epic functionality, and drive adoption of best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or Healthcare Informatics.
• 8+ years of experience in healthcare or Healthcare IT.
• 5+ years of experience working with Epic applications (Epic functionality and workflows).
• Experience with Epic Gold Stars and/or Honor Roll programs and related coordination efforts.
• Experience identifying opportunities to optimize Epic functionality and workflows.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders.
• Experience communicating with customer leadership and executives to align priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate across application teams to execute the customer's strategic vision.
• Identify gaps and opportunities within functionality based on operational challenges.
• Create and update product and functionality roadmaps.
• Assist with multi-year planning efforts.
• Collaborate with vendors, customers, and internal teams to optimize practices with best-practices focus.
• Facilitate clear communication among account teams and stakeholders.
• Deliver timely project information to sponsors and leaders, promoting transparency.
• Communicate risks, issues, and dependencies and drive timely mitigation.
• Engage in resolving complex conflicts to support project delivery.
• Develop customer-facing dashboards.
• Identify emerging issues and opportunities to prevent escalations.
• Build relationships with stakeholders based on trust and collaboration.
