Job summary

UCSF Health is seeking an APeX Ambulatory Analyst to apply clinical applications expertise to Epic Wisdom and Ambulatory projects across UCSF Medical Center locations, Oakland and San Francisco facilities, and community partners. The role reports to the APeX Wisdom Team Lead and collaborates with other APeX teams and operations to enhance the Epic EHR.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in health care IT or related field.
At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
Epic Wisdom and Ambulatory certification within 6 months.
Knowledge of clinical applications design, development, implementation, user support and testing.
Strong problem-resolution and communication skills.
Ability to train and support end users.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Apply clinical applications expertise to medium-size projects at all levels of complexity.
Collaborate with APeX teams, clinical/business operations and guides to enhance and maintain Epic.
Provide excellent customer service to end users and track issues.
Support Epic Wisdom and Ambulatory workflows across UCSF locations.
