Job summary

Confidential in Illinois seeks an experienced Epic Applications Manager - Ancillary to lead a team of 9 application analysts and oversee Epic clinical applications including Beaker, Radiant, Cupid, Lumens, and Optime/Anesthesia.

You will collaborate with clinical operations and IT to optimize workflows, manage upgrades and testing, and act as a liaison between business stakeholders and Epic. Onsite for 90 days, with remote days after probation and relocation assistance available.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a clinical application team.
• Experience with Epic clinical modules.
• Epic certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 9 Epic analysts.
• Partner with clinical operations and IT to optimize workflows.
• Oversee improvements, upgrades, maintenance, testing, and issue resolution.
• Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders, IT, and Epic.
• Shape Ancillary team structure and initiatives.
• Manage project scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables.
