Job summary

Union Health in Terre Haute, IN seeks an experienced IS Application Manager-Epic Ancillary to lead strategy, support, and optimization of Epic’s ancillary portfolio across Cardiology, OpTime/Anesthesia, Radiology, Oncology, Laboratory and related service lines.

This hybrid role requires strong Epic expertise, proven leadership, and the ability to partner with clinical and operational leaders to drive patient care, efficiency, and financial performance while guiding lifecycle management and

Qualifications

Bachelor-level degree in IT/health informatics or related field.
Master’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
Minimum five years of healthcare IT or enterprise application management experience.
Two years of leadership, mentoring, or project leadership experience.

Responsibilities

Lead lifecycle management of assigned applications, including planning, implementation, stabilization, optimization, upgrades, and maintenance.
Partner with operational, clinical, financial, technical, and executive leaders to understand needs and drive improvements.
Develop analyst teams, set expectations, assign work, coach staff, and create growth paths.
