Job summary

You will lead reporting, dashboards, and data extracts, mentor teammates, ensure data quality, and partner with stakeholders to enable strategic decisions and improve enrollee outcomes in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience creating and maintaining reports and visualizations.
• Deep healthcare analytics knowledge and hands-on Epic reporting experience preferred.
• Strong SQL querying and data analysis skills across EMR data.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development and maintenance of reports, dashboards, and data extracts.
• Mentor team members and ensure data quality for accurate analytics.
• Collaborate with clinicians, IT and administrators to translate requirements into Epic outputs.
• Develop Epic reports using Clarity, Reporting Workbench and Radar Dashboards.
• Establish data validation standards and ensure scalable analytics solutions.
• Communicate findings clearly to stakeholders and guide data-driven decisions.
