Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative or business field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science) or equivalent work experience.
• 2 years of experience creating and maintaining reports and visualizations.
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools such as Tableau, Business Objects, Microsoft Power BI.
• Experience with relational databases concepts, querying and analyzing data using SQL.
• Ability to identify problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• Good verbal and written communication; ability to present complex findings clearly.
• Facilitation skills to gather input from cross-functional teams.
• Attention to detail; ability to adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop analytics solutions architecture translating business requirements into technology solutions.
• Collaborate with clinicians, administrators, and IT to translate reporting needs into EPIC reports.
• Develop and maintain EPIC reports using Clarity, Reporting Workbench, Radar Dashboards.
• Design clear, visually appealing reports and dashboards showing KPIs and trends.
• Perform data validation and QA to ensure report accuracy.
• Troubleshoot data extraction and reporting issues; optimize workflows.
• Stay current with EPIC reporting features and best practices.
