Job summary

Children's National Hospital is seeking an Analytics Developer to deliver reporting and analytic solutions supporting health plan operations and regulatory needs. The role emphasizes Epic reporting, dashboards, and data extracts to drive enrollee outcomes and organizational performance.

The candidate will work with cross-functional teams, maintain data quality, and stay current with Epic reporting capabilities.

Qualifications

Experience building BI reports, dashboards, and data extracts.
Strong understanding of healthcare analytics and data governance.
Proficient in Epic reporting tools and related data sources.
Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Develop BI solutions architecture translating business needs into technical designs.
Collaborate with clinicians, administrators, and IT to define reporting requirements in Epic.
Design and maintain Epic reports using Clarity, Radar, and Reporting Workbench.
Create dashboards and visualizations to communicate KPIs and trends.
Validate data, troubleshoot extraction and transformation issues, and optimize performance.
Document report specifications and maintain a centralized repository of reporting assets.
Provide training and support to end-users on report interpretation.
