• Design dashboards and data visualizations to communicate KPIs and trends.
• Perform data validation and QA checks for report accuracy.
• Troubleshoot data extraction, transformation, and reporting issues.
• Optimize reporting workflows and processes with Epic team.
• Stay updated on Epic reporting features and best practices.
• Provide training and support to end-users on reports.
• Document report specs, data sources, and methodologies.
• Maintain organized report definitions library and standards.
