Job summary

Children's National Medical Center in Washington, DC, seeks an Analytics Developer for Health Plan Assoc EPIC Tapestry. You will translate clinical and business requirements into EPIC reports and dashboards using Clarity, Reporting Workbench, and Radar Dashboards.

You will build and maintain reports, validate data quality, and collaborate with clinicians, administrators, and IT to optimize EPIC reporting. A Bachelor's degree and 2 years of experience are required, plus Epic certification within

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in quantitative or business field or equivalent work experience.
2 years' experience creating and maintaining reports and visualizations.
Experience with Tableau, Power BI, and SQL for analytics.

Responsibilities

Translate business requirements into analytics solutions within EPIC.
Develop and maintain EPIC reports using Clarity, Reporting Workbench, Radar Dashboards.
Create dashboards and visualizations to communicate KPIs and trends.
Validate data and ensure report accuracy.
Troubleshoot data extraction, transformation, and reporting issues.
Collaborate with EPIC team and stakeholders to optimize workflows.
Stay updated on EPIC reporting features and best practices.
Provide communication to owners and users on issues.
Assist in end-user training and support.
Document report specs, data sources, and methodologies.
Maintain standard definitions library for stakeholders.
Comply with policies and standards.
