Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/engineering or related field.
• 1 year of analysis, design, build, testing, and maintenance of Epic EMR or other EMR.
• EPIC Certification within 60 days (Required).
• Preferred: working knowledge of the assigned operational department and healthcare workflows.

Responsibilities

• Assist design, build, testing, validation, maintenance, and support of Clinical or Revenue Cycle apps under guidance.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize system functionality and user experience.
• Develop foundational knowledge of system capabilities, applications, and workflows.
• Participate in meetings to gather requirements and support prioritization.
• Provide first-level technical support, troubleshoot issues, and escalate when needed.
• Assist with software updates, optimizations, and implementation tasks."
• Support release notes and upgrade processes by coordinating with stakeholders.
• Provide on-call coverage as assigned and maintain timely communication."
• Adhere to change management and documentation standards for compliance.
• Maintain current Epic certifications and ongoing training.
