Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field; 2 years healthcare support experience required.
Epic certification in area of support or certification obtained within 12 weeks of Epic training.

Responsibilities

Identify and evaluate business needs; gather requirements.
Provide data via visualization and documentation to analyze system functionality.
Review peers and follow change control to implement changes.
Maintain technical and functional documentation.
Evaluate system performance and maintain HIPAA/security compliance.
Stay current on Epic certifications and system advances.
Provide on-call user support and 24/7 issue resolution.
Ensure compliance with policies and regulations; participate in annual HIPAA training.
Perform other duties as assigned.
