Job summary

Willow is seeking an Epic Analyst to join our healthcare IT team. The role focuses on analysis, build, implementation, support, and maintenance of Willow/Epic applications, coordinating with vendors, customers, and internal staff to align workflows with organizational needs.

You will develop and document standard build procedures, create test scripts, and produce reports and dashboards to support data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with EHR systems in a healthcare setting.
• Epic Willow certification is required.
• Associate's degree is required; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, build, test, document, and implement optimization projects for informatics.
• Plan, schedule and coordinate activities with customers to determine information needs.
• Maintain project plans, timelines, and cost constraints.
• Coordinate maintenance, troubleshooting, and testing of apps and interfaces.
• Prepare test scripts and documentation for changes; communicate via training and intranet.
• Document incidents and coordinate resolution with end users and vendors.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and data extracts for applications.
