St. Luke's University Health Network is seeking an Epic Analyst/Builder I to provide basic maintenance, support, and development for assigned Epic applications.

The role includes testing, script maintenance, knowledge base documentation, and communicating feature changes to operational leadership. You will collaborate with instructional designers to create and maintain application-specific training materials and participate in process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Epic application experience required.
• MS Office experience required.
• Epic certification preferred; to be obtained within 12 months of employment.
• 0–2 years general computer experience required.
• Healthcare experience in a relevant area preferred.
• Experience with Ancillary, Clinical, Patient Access, or Revenue Cycle workflows helpful.

Responsabilités

• Provides basic maintenance, support and development to assigned Epic applications.
• Resolves basic reported issues; escalates complex problems as needed.
• Tests and maintains Epic scripts and integrates testing.
• Maintains system configuration and change control per SLUHN standards.
• Develops and maintains knowledge base documentation and training materials.
• Communicates new features and changes to operations leadership.
