Job summary

Prime Healthcare seeks an Epic Implementation Manager (Ambulatory) to lead enterprise-wide Epic deployments across a national health system. You will drive end-to-end clinical application implementations, align with executive leadership, and ensure successful adoption across hospitals.

Responsibilities include leading design, build, go-live, and stabilization, mentoring analysts, and partnering with CMOs and Nursing Leadership to optimize workflows and patient care. Heavy travel is required.

Qualifications

• Six or more years of healthcare / IT project experience.
• Experience leading Epic implementations is required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Epic implementations across multiple hospitals.
• Oversee design, build, testing, training, go-live, and stabilization.
• Partner with clinical stakeholders to align workflows and system design.
• Mentor and manage clinical application analyst teams.
• Drive milestones, risk management, and delivery outcomes.
• Oversee post-go-live transition to support teams.
