Job summary

Highmark Health is seeking a skilled Epic Ambulatory specialist to configure, roll out, and support Epic applications across ambulatory settings. You will analyze requirements, design configurations, and test solutions while maintaining thorough documentation and user training materials.

Qualifications

3 years of systems administration experience within one or more Epic modules.
Excellent customer service skills.
Demonstrates knowledge of project management principles as they relate to assigned tasks.
2 years of relevant work experience in lieu of an Associate's Degree.

Responsibilities

Configure, roll out, and support the Ambulatory Epic applications.
Perform business/systems analysis, define requirements, and document designs.
Plan, design/build, test, implement, and support Epic workflows and configurations.
Create and maintain documentation and training materials for Epic implementations.
Provide end-user guidance and resolve system issues.
Contribute to small to medium projects and report progress to stakeholders.
Conduct problem-solving and root-cause analysis for routine to moderately complex issues.
