Job summary

Prominence is seeking an experienced Epic Ambulatory Analyst to join a multi-year Epic implementation for an academic health system in the Chicago area. The role backfills an existing analyst position and will build, test, and support ambulatory clinical workflows through go-live and stabilization.

You will partner with clinicians and operations leaders, collaborate with integrated Epic teams, and help mentor customer staff to ensure a successful go-live and sustained optimization across

Qualifications

• EpicCare Ambulatory certification required.
• Ambulatory build experience on an Epic implementation, including testing and go-live support.
• Strong knowledge of ambulatory clinical workflows and documentation.
• Able to ramp up quickly on an in-progress project.
• Strong communication with clinicians and operational stakeholders.
• Proven ability to deliver projects remotely.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and test EpicCare Ambulatory functionality and related workflows.
• Collaborate with clinicians and clinic operations leaders on future-state ambulatory workflows.
• Coordinate with Cadence, Orders, Clinical Documentation and other Epic teams on cross-application workflows.
• Execute testing and resolve issues.
• Support data validation, go-live readiness, training, and stabilization.
• Escalate risks to project leadership as needed.
• Create build documentation and transfer deliverables to customer teams.
• Participate in corporate events as required.
