Job summary

Main Line Health in Radnor, PA (Remote) is seeking a Senior Application Analyst for Ambulatory to design and optimize Epic workflows for specialty programs and patient enrollment. This role focuses on automated outreach, tracking engagement, and supporting the EPIC Beacon Team within Ambulatory applications.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in healthcare information systems, Epic experience, and familiarity with pharmacy formulary and dispensing systems, with PA license readiness.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of healthcare information systems or clinical management systems experience.
• Epic experience strongly preferred.
• Large scale healthcare systems planning and implementation experience on application software products.
• Familiarity with pharmacy formulary distribution and billing systems.
• Working knowledge of computerized reference databases such as MicroMedex, Clinical Pharmacology, Facts & Comparisons.
• Working knowledge of applicable pharmacy order entry and dispensing automation systems.
• Up-to-date knowledge of drug laws and agency regulations including DEA, FDA, OSHA, TJC, PA DOH, PA Board of Pharmacy.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize Epic workflows to support patient enrollment into specialty programs.
• Develop outreach schedules that trigger automated follow-ups.
• Implement functionality to track outreach attempts and engagement.
• Support the EPIC Beacon Team within Ambulatory applications.
