Job summary

Insight Global seeks an Epic Ambulatory Analyst to build, configure, test, support and optimize EpicCare Ambulatory applications supporting outpatient clinical workflows. You will partner with clinical, operational and IT teams to troubleshoot issues, gather requirements, determine system builds and perform end-user testing.

Responsibilities include supporting ongoing optimization and third-party integrations, ensuring quality and contributing to continuous improvement of ambulatory care

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Epic Ambulatory Certification.
3+ years Epic application support, build, training, or optimization experience.
Additional Epic certifications related to MyChart, Healthy Planet, Orders, or Reporting.
Pediatric specialty care experience.
Licensed RN background.
Master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Build, configure, test, support and optimize EpicCare Ambulatory applications.
Partner with clinical, operational and IT teams to troubleshoot issues.
Gather workflow requirements and determine appropriate system builds.
Perform integrated and end-user testing.
Support ongoing optimization and third-party integrations.
