Advocate Health seeks a Technical Program Manager to lead the Epic Factory AI Program and cross-application initiatives under the AVP of Clinical Applications for Strategic Projects & AI.

Epic EHR certification and hands-on experience with core Epic modules, plus strong communication and change-management skills, are required to manage complex, high-visibility healthcare IT programs.

Schedule: Monday–Friday; Benefits eligible; Remote work options may be available for qualified states.

Formación

• Epic EHR certified professional with hands-on experience across core applications.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into streamlined, optimized workflows.
• Strong communication skills across all management levels.
• Creative problem solver to reimagine workflows and improve efficiency.
• Understanding of software architecture, healthcare standards, and end-to-end workflow design.
• Experience leading complex, high-visibility projects from concept through execution.
• Track record of delivering strategic initiatives including AI-enabled healthcare solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and administer Epic Factory AI Program and cross-application initiatives.
• Coordinate with IT leadership and business units to define business requirements and technology solutions.
• Mentor and coach IT staff on workflow enhancements and system enhancements.
• Create clear business process mappings showing interdependencies.
• Lead risk management and project scope management activities.
