Responsibilities

• Develop and administer Epic Factory AI Program and cross-application initiatives under AVP leadership.
• Lead complex, high-visibility projects from concept to execution.
• Mentor IT teams on workflow enhancements and systems improvements.
• Create business process mappings illustrating interdependencies across systems.
• Manage risk, communications plans, and implementation strategies for projects.
