Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead the Epic Factory AI Program and other cross-application initiatives. You will translate business requirements into optimized clinical workflows, mentor the IT team, and collaborate with IT leadership and business units to drive value.

The role requires Epic certification, deep healthcare IT experience, and strong stakeholder communication. Remote work is possible from select states, with a focus on strategic projects and AI-enabled

Qualifications

Epic certification required (Ambulatory, Orders, ClinDoc, etc.).
Epic EHR certified professional with hands-on experience across core applications.
Translate complex business requirements into streamlined workflows.
Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field; 7 years in info systems.

Responsibilities

Lead coordinating and monitoring of project activities and provide technical direction.
Mentor IT team in workflow and functionality around new systems.
Develop business relationships and understand business requirements for technology solutions.
Drive change management and adoption to sustain improvements.
Prepare presentations and documentation for stakeholders and executives.
Research market best practices and measure project benefits.
