Qualifications

• Epic EHR certification and hands-on experience with core Epic applications (Ambulatory, Orders, ClinDoc, etc.).
• Strong ability to translate complex business requirements into streamlined, optimized workflows.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building across all management levels, from executives to analysts.
• Proven experience leading complex, high-visibility projects from concept to execution and driving adoption of ai-enabled solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and administration of the Epic Factory AI Program and other cross-application strategic initiatives.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements and actionable roadmaps for IT leadership and business units.
• Communicate effectively with senior leadership, ensuring alignment of goals and benefits realization.
• Drive change management, adoption, and sustainable process improvements across teams.
• Oversee portfolio/demand management and coordinate with IT to leverage technology for operational excellence.
• Mentor IT staff in workflow design and system enhancements.
