Advocate Health is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead the Epic Factory AI Program and other cross-application strategic initiatives under IT leadership. The role requires Epic clinical applications experience, strong stakeholder communication, and the ability to redesign workflows for efficiency and better usability.

Qualifications

• Epic clinical application experience with years of practical work.
• Translate complex business requirements into streamlined workflows to improve performance and usability.
• Communicate effectively across all levels of management.
• Creatively redesign workflows to improve efficiency and user experience.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, healthcare standards, and end-to-end workflow design.
• Lead complex, high-visibility projects from concept to execution.
• Deliver strategic initiatives including AI-enabled healthcare solutions.
• Expertise in change management and driving adoption of new systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field.
• Available remote locations in IL, WI, NC, GA; fully remote option from specified states.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional project activities from concept through execution.
• Provide technical direction to project teams ensuring design and quality standards.
• Measure benefits of initiatives using defined processes and tools.
• Mentor analysts and coach teams on new systems and workflows.
• Develop business process mappings showing interdependencies.
