Job summary

Cleveland Clinic is seeking an Access Optimization Analyst I to support the Epic Cadence application, including template build and testing for new implementations. The role handles change requests and routine maintenance while coordinating with teams to ensure timely delivery of requests. Remote work from 8:00 a.m.

to 5:00 p.m. with on-site visits in Northeast Ohio three to four times monthly. The successful candidate will analyze and build Epic workflows, support physician practice

Qualifications

  • Two years of Epic system experience in outpatient settings.
  • Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
  • High School diploma or Associate’s degree.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio).

Responsibilities

  • Analyze, create and maintain SER Masterfile provider records.
  • Epic scheduling template build; creation, maintenance, and oversight.
  • Create change request tickets, ensure data completeness and documentation.
  • Monitor change requests from submittal through testing and implementation.
  • Assist with onboarding physician practices into front-end Epic systems.
  • Provide end-user support and demonstrations of the Epic system.
