Job summary

Hanwha Qcells USA is seeking an EPC Workforce Specialist in Houston to coordinate field workforce activities across construction projects. You will track labor resources, maintain workforce data, and work with staffing agencies to meet manpower needs.

Reporting to the Workforce Manager, you will partner with project teams, HR, and site supervision, ensuring accurate records, timely communication, and compliant mobilization and per diem processes.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in any field; equivalent work experience may be considered.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in workforce coordination, field HR, construction administration, or a related role.
• Experience supporting EPC, construction, or energy project environments preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; HRIS experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to handle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track daily, weekly, and long-range staff labor needs across EPC sites.
• Maintain accurate workforce data, headcounts, classifications, and deployment schedules.
• Liaise with staffing agencies to communicate needs and mobilization timelines.
• Support managers with labor forecasting, scheduling inputs, and gap analysis.
• Maintain workforce management systems and reports for leadership.
• Assist with mobilization logistics including per diem and project assignments.
• Ensure attendance and compliance with company policies.
• Collaborate with HR, payroll, and site supervision to resolve discrepancies.
