Job summary

GE Vernova, Grid Solutions, seeks a Project Procurement & Logistics Manager to coordinate sourcing, procurement, and logistics across multiple projects. You will ensure on-time delivery, quality, and cost aligned with sourcing negotiations, while managing supplier performance and project costs.

Responsibilities include developing procurement plans, budgeting, risk management, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering and Sourcing to secure timely documentation and milestones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
• 8–10 years of experience in high voltage electrical construction project environment.
• Willingness to travel domestically ~40%.
• Flexible work schedule with overtime as required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the project procurement execution plan aligned with the master schedule.
• Develop and maintain a consolidated procurement roadmap across the ACS portfolio.
• Own budget related to material and monitor the budget.
• Establish procurement schedule and periodic progress monitoring.
• Identify and manage supply chain risks impacting project schedule and delivery.
• Report monthly progress, supplier claims and project cost summary.
• Represent procurement in project meetings internally and externally as applicable.
