Qualifications

• 10+ years of procurement, estimating, preconstruction, or project development experience.
• Strong knowledge of medium- and high-voltage electrical equipment and materials.
• Experience supporting competitive bids and working with manufacturers, suppliers, and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement activities for project bids and preconstruction efforts.
• Obtain and evaluate supplier, manufacturer, and subcontractor pricing.
• Support procurement of medium- and high-voltage electrical equipment and materials.
• Evaluate proposals for pricing, scope, lead times, exclusions, and commercial terms.
• Negotiate pricing and commercial terms with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Identify long-lead equipment and potential supply chain risks.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key vendors and subcontractors.
• Support procurement planning and transition from preconstruction into project execution.
• Lead and support a small procurement team.
