Job summary

Primary responsibilities include developing execution plans, coordinating engineering deliverables, managing risk and contracts, and ensuring safe, compliant project execution across transmission and substation EPC assignments.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced, demanding environment and work overtime on short notice.
• Excellent computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to collaborate with owners, contractors and engineers in a multi-disciplinary team.
• Experience with document control, scheduling, cost control and project management software.
• OSHA 10 & OSHA 30 certification strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall management of Transmission and Substation EPC projects from concept through commissioning and closeout.
• Lead development and implementation of the Project Execution Plan (PEP) including engineering, procurement, construction, QA, safety & health, subcontracting, staffing and procurement plans.
• Coordinate with engineering to distribute deliverables per schedule; approve design changes.
• Oversee site mobilization/demobilization and support field operations.
• Manage client, supplier and company commissioning and startup teams.
• Direct project turnover documentation, warranty administration, closeout and record retention.
