Job summary

SAMSON USA is seeking an experienced Sales Leader to drive large capital projects across North America. You will qualify, develop, quote and deliver complex EPC-driven opportunities, coordinating with regional managers, project engineers and the National Sales Director.

You will build and manage a robust project pipeline, align pursuit strategies across EPCs, OEMs, and contractors, and lead cross-functional teams to win high-value contracts. Travel and cross-cultural collaboration are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent; 5+ years in sales or business development.
• Experience with EPCs preferred; ability to engage multiple external stakeholders.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of process industries: Oil & Gas, LNG, Refining, Petrochemical, Power.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership in the sales process to qualify, develop, quote and deliver large and complex capital projects to our customers successfully.
• Determine and execute the project pursuit strategy across EPCs, OEMs, Contractors and other influencers.
• Collaborate with internal pursuit team members including Regional Sales Managers, Territory Sales Managers, Project Engineers, the Project Group Manager and the National Sales Director.
• Responsible for tracking and summarizing project pipeline for defined projects.
• Other duties as assigned by your supervisor.
