Job summary

Saulsbury Industries is seeking an Engineering Project Manager to plan, organize, review, and manage engineering work products for EPC projects in Texas. The role acts as the facilitator of engineering/design efforts across Saulsbury teams and subcontractors.

You will define objectives, manage scope and budget, develop execution plans, and coordinate with clients and senior management. Strong leadership and communication are essential, with travel to project sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering; PE license preferred in Texas.
• Minimum 5 years in engineering project management or related leadership.
• Experience coordinating cross-discipline engineering teams on capital projects.

Responsibilities

• Define project objectives and oversee engineering quality control.
• Develop execution plans, schedules, and communications.
• Manage project scope, budget, and procurement deliverables.
• Coordinate with clients, directors, and subcontractors.
• Facilitate change management and RFIs.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and ethics.
